Private villa outside Marbella with 4 bedrooms
We find this beautiful villa in a quiet area of Las Chapas near the popular Carib Playa, just 5 minutes from Marbella centre and half an hour from Malaga Airport. Within walking distance you find the beaches and restaurants, making this a perfect location for families that should want to enjoy their vacation without a car.
The villa is pulled back from the road with a charming walkway leading up to the house. On the frontside of the house we find a cozy barbecue area with a brick barbecue and a covered area where you can sit and enjoy a lunch outside yet away from the sun. Continuing around the house we find a mature garden that connects the barbecue area with the pool area and gardens on the front of the house. The large swimmingpool is found here, with plenty of space around for enjoying the sun. From the terraces here you can enter the house. Entering the villa through the front door we find a large and bright living room completely equipped with comfortable sofas and of course with international TV and DVD player, making this area a good place to relax after a hard day in the sun. The kitchen is connected to the dinning room and is fully equipped with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the utilities you would need should you wish to prepare your own meals. The large dining room has seating for 8 people and here you also find an open fireplace and an exit to the terraces and the pool area. One of the 4 bedrooms are found on the first floor and equipped with a double bed. The remaining 3 bedrooms are found on the ground floor, where one of them has two single beds and the remaining bedrooms have double beds. In total 8 people can sleep here but with plenty of space for an extra bed or two. The villa is perfect for large families or families travelling together and would be the perfect place for a wonderful vacation on the sunny Costa del Sol. The Area
