Nicely furnished 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with amazing views

This beautifully furnished penthouse apartment is found in popular Santa Pola with walking distance to the wide and clean beaches, bars and restaurants in the area. You find the airport less than 10 minutes away by car. The gated community is well kept and with a large pool and children's playground this is a perfect location for child families.

Parking a short distance from the lift we easily enter the apartment and are led to the living room and lounge following the hallway. A comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room faces the TV with international channels and a DVD player.

From the living room we find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and all the utilities you would expect of an apartment like this. Outside the living room there is a nice shielded terrace where you can enjoy your morning tea with a beautiful view over the town, coast line and the Tabaca island off the coast.

Two of the 3 bedrooms are found connected to the hallway, sharing a bathroom and equipped with two single beds each. The master bedroom is found connected to the living room and has a full sized double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

From the living room a winding stair leads to the large roof terrace where we find a washing room and sun loungers. The perfect place to brush up the tan on top of the building. In the washing room up here a sleeping sofa is placed, raising the theoretical number of people to sleep here from 8 to 10 people.
